1. Base sheet: Prime galvanized steel coils

2. Coil weight: 3-6 tons

3. Surface treatment: Bright and clean, smooth and flat

4. Colors: As per the Ral codes. Seablue, Whitegrey, Bright red are our usual practice.

5. Coating structure: 2/1: Top+ Prime/Back, PE/EPOXY; 20- 25 microns/5-7 microns

6. Lifespan: 10-15 years, very strong corrosion resistance it wouldn't fade.

7. Tolerance: Thickness: +/-0.05 mm, width: +5/-2 mm; Total quantity: +/-10%; Zinc coating: +/-10%
